Client Services Director/Group Account Director wanted to lead some of the biggest retail brands as part of a renowned agency network


This awesome agency is recognised for working with some of the best retail brands within the UK, delivering incredible insight driven results end to end.

Whilst having the opportunity to cultivate and work with a talent team.


To be successful, you will:

  • Have demonstrated senior leadership experience in a marketing role within a shopper marketing, retail or commerce environment
  • Have brilliant commercial acumen, with success in delivering large ambitious budgets
  • Understand how to manage large teams of over 20, fostering a brilliant working culture that gets the most out of the individuals around you. The gravitas and experience to manage from entry level to senior
  • Be ready to guide, shape and build this growing and ambitious agency. You will be responsible for the strategy and direction of these key accounts.
  • Have a strong strategic and planning background across multichannel campaigns preferably from a retail background hands on implementation experience
  • Be a superstar communicator; developing great stakeholder management throughout your career being an excellent intermediary between suppliers, creatives, client and agency departments
  • Be confident in data and reporting to improve, develop and measure success of creative insight driven campaigns.
