Medsafe EMS is an Independent Ambulance Company, Training and Staffing Solutions Company based in Taunton. We are actively recruiting Door Supervisors to join our Staffing Solutions department.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team.

As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Your role will involve monitoring activities, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to incidents as necessary.

Duties:

Monitor the entrance and exit points of the premises to prevent unauthorized access
Check identification and verify the age of individuals entering the premises
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential troublemakers or disruptive behavior
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
Handle difficult situations or conflicts in a calm and professional manner
Collaborate with other security personnel and staff members to maintain a cohesive team environment
Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
First aid certification is preferred but not required
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus
Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment is advantageous
