Cabin Services Operational Administrator - London Gatwick and London Luton

Our Cabin Services teams look after our Base Teams.

Working in the fast paced, operational environment of Cabin Services, You will carry out the administrative activities at a country level.

You will provide vital administrative support to the Base Management teams whilst increasing efficiency and high standards.

Working closely with the base management team, You will be reviewing and managing situations to prevent them from impacting on operations.


Some of what you will be doing includes, ensuring the safe storage of documentation relating to the operations of the base and undertaking weekly base audits.

Working in collaboration with the wider team, you will be responsible for various aspects of administrative duties relating to the overall success of the base.

Location & Hours of Work

  • This is a fulltime role and will be 40 hours per week covering multiple bases: Gatwick and Luton. You will be required to attend all bases depending on business needs, however your usual place of work can be any of the above locations.
