We are currently looking for a History Tutor for a Specialist Provision in Rotherham, this is a part-time role to start as soon as possible, initially the role will be temporary but there is potential to secure a permanent contract following a successful probation period.

The History Tutor will be delivering a pre-planned History Curriculum to small classes of pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH.

As the curriculum is already planned the role will be an opportunity for the tutor to engage students providing exciting resources available on the internet.


This role is available for unqualified teachers, the school is ideally looking for someone who holds either a History A Level or History Degree.


  • You have a History A Level or History Degree and you are interested in teaching.
  • You love History and want to share your passion with pupils in school.
