About Speedley Staffing:

We are a specialist temporary care employment agency covering the whole of the region. We supply nurses, care assistants, support workers and more to care homes, hospitals and other establishments. Our care agency places emphasis on quality, from the services we provide to our staff and the customer experience.

Duties:

Build and maintain relationships with care homes, living support and hospitals to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with tailored solutions

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Out of hours call handling and shift allocation (4 days per week).**
Skills:
Proven experience in creating and maintaining relationships with clients.**:
Proficiency in using HRIS systems, ATS, and other recruitment tools (e.g., Taleo, Salesforce)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills.**:
Familiarity with human resources practices and employment laws
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
High attention to detail.

- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.

Basic knowledge of the care sector and understanding of care roles and qualifications (experience in care is a plus).
Learn and develop new skills.
Gain experience working in a fastpaced environment.
Work in an industry that makes a positive impact.

Job Types:

£28,000.00 per year
