We offer a in-house cleaning service and maintain all our own products, this has proven to set us far apart from regular toilet hire companies and not your typical festival toilet.

Job Details:_

  • We are a busy toilet hire and welfare hire company based in Alexandria. This job is for assisting in running the office, as detailed below. You must be able to work well alone and with other staff members. Ideal working hours would be between 9.30am2.30pm Monday to Friday. _

Responsibilities

  • Organise office and assist associates in ways that optimise procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • General phone calls / Receptionist duties
  • Taking deliveries
  • Managing diaries
  • Stock Control monitoring and ordering / handling shortages
  • Booking suppliers
  • Managing daily and weekly tasks for drivers
  • Scheduling deliveries and collections
  • Logging Maintenance and rectifying vehicles and products
  • Social Media and Blogs
  • Cleaning

Skills

  • Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Work with online diaries
  • Happy ordering equipment online
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Happy to assist in cleaning

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
