Our Careers Pipeline Co-Ordinator coordinates activities across our key social value focus areas. Working closely with the regional teams to establish opportunities to develop collaborative events and support community projects. Develop relationships with external stakeholders to outline and lead on a series of Low-carbon Education activities.
This includes leading programs and processes for the graduate, trainee and apprentices employed in the SSE Energy Solutions business, as well as exploring new pipeline pools.
In this role you will:
- Identify opportunities to improve the current trainee pipeline programs
- Identify and develop partnerships with regional social enterprises, charities and other organisations
- Identify opportunities to engage with and support community projects.
- Work with external stakeholders to develop a program of lowcarbon education activities
- Arrange and deliver low carbon education activities in local community, schools and other locations
- Work with the Business Development, Project and Bid teams to support their activity
