8+ years of B2B sales training and enablement experience (training and developing new and existing sales or account team professionals) or a combination of prior sales or business consulting experience with some training experience

  • Experience with IT / cloud technology products and services
  • Excellent training management, delivery and facilitation skills, presentation skills, communication skills and writing skills
  • Ability to align with global, local, and vertical teams to deliver existing global programs including localising these for the EMEA teams as needed whilst working with sales management to identify emerging training needs and developing regional training sessions or enablement programs as needed
  • Experience in using an LMS (Cornerstone preferred), and remote conferencing platform
  • Experience in creating, setting, managing and reporting on training program metrics / KPIs
  • Attention to detail is required

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic top performer to own the management and delivery of sales training (and other relevant enablement training and programs) in a compelling manner to effectively enable the AWS WWPS field teams across EMEA, create enthusiasm for AWS, and confidence in engaging Public Sector customers and partners.


This is a hands-on role thus you will manage and own sales training and enablement programs for EMEA WWPS end to end.

The role is based in London (UK) but will be covering EMEA. Thus approximately 50% travel will be part of the role.


If you have a background in B2B sales training / enablement within the IT / cloud / software sector with a deep expertise in delivering, facilitating, and developing sales training, we would like to hear from you.

Alternatively, you may have a combination of prior experience in B2B sales or business consulting with sales training experience within the IT / cloud / software sector.

Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills are required. Public sector experience is highly preferred but not essential.

Key job responsibilities

  • Managing sales competency, vertical value prop and solution selling programs across EMEA including competency and capability around public sector vertical mission / value selling, prospecting and upselling
  • Leading the delivery of existing and new EMEA onboarding and everboarding sales training to new hires and tenured staff
  • Designing and implementing metrics to measure enablement programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility, and measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement investment
  • Taking ownership of and supporting other EMEA enablement initiatives as and when required, providing insights derived from training and stakeholder engagement and working closely with the EMEA, global and vertical enablement team to assist in the development and scaling of the Enablement Plan and Schedule throughout the year
