Service Desk Analyst - Bromley - £28,000-£34,000 + Excellent Benefits - Leading Entertainment Provider

Overview:


A highly rated company with a fantastic reputation providing a unique opportunity are looking to fill the role of a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis.

As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will act as the 1st point of contact for the IT department, toensure all jobs are logged to the correct team and deliver consistently high levels of customer service.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure logged jobs are reviewed and maintained, know when to reassign or escalate jobs to provide highest level service, follow up on calls and see through to resolution
  • Liaise with users, offer support over the phone with 1st level issues, eg. Account lockouts, password changes and basic IT requests
  • Keep departmental documentation up to date
  • Create new user accounts, in line with IT policy
  • Liaise with third part suppliers to procure hardware, software and maintenance
  • Produce and maintain documentation required for IT infrastructure management

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Experience of providing IT hardware, desktop and laptop support
  • Experience of providing support to mobile phones and tablets
  • Experience of providing support with printers and scanners
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, CAD products, Adobe and other IT installed software
  • Knowledge of hardware including monitors, keyboard, mice and docking stations

Package:


  • Salary up to £34,000 DOE
