Description

We are currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Sales Team Apprentice to join our team at our Northwich Factory.
-
Location: - 10 minute drive from Hartford, Greenbank and Northwich station.
-
15 minute drive from M56 Junction 10.
-
_ This Apprenticeship takes 18 months to complete - gaining a level 3 apprenticeship as a customer service specialist

Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing a "best in class" customer experience, ensuring that all Infrastructure Sales enquiries are owned through to completion.
  • Promptly identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure that incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and achieve satisfaction.
  • Ensuring orders, sales enquiries and quotations are processed efficiently (checking names/addresses, pricing, discounts, product codes and haulage availability / transport requirements, alongside clear quotation numbers, order quantities etc.)
  • Operating as part of a knowledgeable Infrastructure Sales Team, developing skills, experience and understanding of the full "Anderton" / Infrastructure Sales offering and product range, and sharing experiences for the benefit of the entire Infrastructure team.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Managers and Infrastructure Business Development Manager in order to pass on customer feedback, exchange information and/or resolve enquiries and issues.
  • Delivering soft sales support, working with the Sales Manager and Infrastructure Business Development Manager to promote stocks and sales opportunities to customers, anticipating needs and maintaining positive relationships
  • Working closely with the Technical managers to get an understanding of how to read BIM & CAD drawings to offer estimates on products.

Essential requirements:


  • Practical and willing to be handson, with drive and passion to gain reallife experience with a market leading manufacturer.
  • GCSE's grade 49 in English and Maths
  • Communication Skills.

  • Team player.
  • Cando / Willing attitude.
  • Problem Solving and Decision making
