Teaching Assistant


Location:
Ealing


Contracted Hours:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 4:00pm


The Supply Room is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join fantastic primary and secondary schools in Ealing as Teaching Assistants.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with various year groups, making a positive impact on the education and development of young minds.

With competitive pay rates ranging from £82 to £95 per day, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience and grow their career in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support teachers in delivering effective lessons and activities
  • Assist with planning and preparation of resources
  • Provide oneonone support to students who require additional help
  • Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English & Maths
  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum is desirable but not essential
  • A genuine passion for education and child development
