AeroSchool Flight Academy based at Teesside Airport is looking to appoint a part time Operations Executive to join our fantastic operation.

The Operations Executive is the heartbeat of our organisation, providing support to our pilots, students and customers. The Operations Executive will cover Friday, Saturday and Sundays between 8am - 5pm (total 27 hours per week)

As an Operations Executive, you will be involved with a wide range of activities:

Front of house
meet and greet students and visitors to ensure that they have a positive and joyful experience.
To oversee booking diaries for aircraft, instructors and ground school.
To maintain critical records such as student records, safety reports, engineering logs, airside security passes, aviation medical records and pilot licences.
To organise engineering activities alongside the management team with our engineering partners to mínimalize fleet downtime but to comply with regulations.
To liaise with the airport for refuelling of aircraft, airfield security and air traffic etc.
To ensure that customers maintain prompt payments of invoices and work with our finance team to submit expenses and receipts.
To assist in marketing activities such as social media postings, customer testimonials, student photography and providing administration support to our external marketing companies.
To provide general administration to the Managing Director, Head of Training and Head of Safety.

Full training for the role will be provided and whilst someone from an aviation or a safety background would be desirable, it is in no way essential.

An immediate start would be beneficial.
