What's involved with this role:
Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Key Duties:

  • Lead and manage the Befriending and Inclusion service which enables children with disabilities and Looked After Children to build friendships, develop independence and be included in mainstream activities.
  • Ensure the team achieves the required performance outcomes, including a strong focus on children and families, to include ongoing identification of the needs of the client group
  • Achieve positive outcomes for children, in partnership with families and partner organisations in the community by advocating and building capacity within mainstream and voluntary service providers.
  • Ensure the service is of a consistently high standard and meets the needs diverse communities in Tower Hamlets

Salary:
£24.49 per hour
