Lincolnshire, Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

Our Lincolnshire based Client is looking to recruit a
Maintenance Coordinator on a full time basis on a fixed term contract.
This is a great opportunity to join an established business to assist with the proactive maintenance of an estate property portfolio.
THE ROLE
- Responsibility to liaise with and support the Maintenance & Development Coordinator, main duties to include:
- Undertake annual and 6 monthly property inspections, monitoring and reporting on compliance
- Weekly Caravan inspections reporting on compliance
- Point of contact for Tenants across a property portfolio with regards to maintenance issues
- Manage property maintenance schedule
- Provide weekly reports to the Property Foreman and Maintenance & Development Manager
- Work in conjunction with Property Foreman and Maintenance & Development Manager to ensure all RAMS are recorded and stored
- Raise PO's as and when required
- Liaise with contractors when required under the direction of the Maintenance & Development Manager
- Work in conjunction with Maintenance & Development Manager and the Head of Property to implement systems across the property portfolio to reduce admin burden and improve the tenant experience of reporting and tracking maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of property repair, support maintenance and development administration including machinery and vehicle logs, electronic and paper based as required
- Develop the Estate electric and water infrastructure plan in conjunction with the Head of Property and develop methods for reporting on usage
- Develop Fire Safety procedures and become designated Fire Warden
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful
Maintenance Coordinator will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Educated to A Level or equivalent experience / qualifications
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
- Computer literate in all MS office programs particularly MS Excel
- Ability to deal with wideranging challenges and responsibilities with diplomacy and patience
- Ability to quickly build strong working relationships at all levels of the business
- Professional manner and confident communicator
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
- Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
