Teaching Personnel are an Education Recruitment Agency who specialise in placing Teachers and Teaching Assistants in their ideal roles.

We are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Chertsey area who are seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join theirLower Key Stage 2 team from April 202- Identifying clear teaching and learning objectives for the pupils, and deciding how they will be taught and assessed.


  • Setting tasks which challenge the pupils and ensure a high level of interest, attention, participation and wellbeing.
  • Setting appropriately high expectations.
  • Setting clear targets building on prior attainment.
  • Making effective use of assessment data and information when planning lessons.
  • Planning opportunities to contribute to pupils' literacy and numeracy, and to their personal, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
