We are looking to recruit Band 4 Personal Assistants within Bedfordshire & Luton Adult Mental Health & Wellbeing Services

Being employed on the Bank is a great way to gain experience and exposure to the NHS.

You will be temporarily supporting our Directors, Assistant Directors or Operational Managers, to provide cover for planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing.

We are looking for Personal Assistants who are interested in working in mental health with a genuine desire to make a difference.

You may be working with distressed service users, resilience, empathy and customer care skills are therefore essential.

We have services across Bedfordshire and Luton, including the following locations: Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Leighton Buzzard, Clapham (near Bedford), Biggleswade, Ampthill/Steppingley and Bedford.

Bank PA positions can be offered across all of these locations.

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills together with experience of:

Minute taking and preparation / co-ordination of agendas and meeting paper
Coordination of complex diaries
High standard of IT skills in particular Microsoft Office packages
Handling highly confidential information sensitively
Working with mínimal supervision and to tight deadlines

Please note:
the interview will be a group interview, lasting approximately 2-3hours and this will include in tray exercises.
