TITLE - Chief Operating Officer
LOCATION - FLEXIBLE
SALARY - £120-150,000 (PLUS SHARES/EQUITY)


We are looking for an experienced COO/MD to join a significantly backed fast-growing online marketplace Reporting into the founder, you will be the heartbeat of the organisation giving leadership to this fast growing organisation as it moves from start upto scale up.

The company will complete its Series B funding in 2023 and your role will be one of execution, leading leaders, target setting and vision creating.

Leading a team of 6 direct reports including the CTO, you will need to be aware of product techand have been in similar technology scaling situations previously where you will have been used to quick decision making, problem solving and ensure the right talent is hired at the right time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
  • Ensuring we have a plan and all departments are aligned
  • Leadership of entire leadership team (team cohesion)
  • Draft, communicate and own business wide OKR's
  • Internal communications/company culture
  • Supporting role in funding
  • Operational policies and ways of working leadership meetings etc
Package £120,000-150,000 depending on experience plus equity/shares
