Job Title:
Customer Service Advisor


Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Location:
St Albans


Contract:
Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Shift patterns between 7:30am - 10pm (including some weekend work)


COMPANY PROFILE


Our well-established client, who are in the financial industry are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in St Albans.

If you have experience dealing with inbound customer calls and have a wonderful telephone manner this could be the perfect opportunity for you


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Competent with Microsoft Packages.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A polite and professional telephone manner
  • Interest in sports would be beneficial

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a good understanding of the companies' products and services, along with pricing.
  • Seeing customer queries right through to resolution.
  • Assist with creating selfservice help tools for clients to speed up the customer service process
  • Support with new account openings.
  • Provide support to Customer Service Manager on an Ad-Hoc basis.
