We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team at Sean Murphy Dental Care in the heart of Bruntsfield, south side Edinburgh.
We are a modern NHS and Private Practice dedicated to providing the highest standards of dental health for our patients in this friendly environment where we provide a comprehensive range of dental treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour, making them feel welcome and at ease
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate closely with our dental team to coordinate patient appointments and optimize office efficiency
- Provide administrative support, including managing patient files.
Pay:
£11.00-£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (required)

- United Kingdom (required)
