CONVEYANCER | RICHMOND - (REMOTE)

An innovative and forward thinking firm who has gone through sustained growth and is seeking to expand further and recruit an experienced conveyancer.

My client has excellent backing and has invested heavily in IT systems and continues to win awards, striving to become one of the leading conveyancing companies in the UK.

They now require an experienced conveyancer to take on an existing case load of transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, including specialist transactions, deed in variation, re-mortgage and help to buy.

Ideally, you will be an experienced fee earner with a minimum of 5 years case handling experience with either an industry qualification (solicitor), CILEX, or unqualified fee-earner used to running a varied case load.

In turn, my client offers a highly competitive salary and bonus structure with hybrid or remote working dependant on location.
