They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years product management/marketing experience to join their exceptionally well regarded company.

Responsible for bringing to market a number of product launches a year you will utilise your tech savvy, entrepreneurial flair, to increase profitability and make the big-vision picture a reality.


Responsibilities:


  • Specify and successfully deliver new product launches
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products and highlight any gaps in the product portfolio
  • Assist Head of PM to maintain road map that delivers appropriate new product launches
  • Own the product profitability, provide up to date business cases to show the incremental value to the business
  • Create clear product briefs for the R&D team that will deliver both the vision of the product and the propositions for installer, retail and end user
  • Define the key design language and benefits to be used in product propositions and which will be key to the marketing and sales plans
  • Project manage the 'go to market' product launch, strategy and plan ensuring all stakeholders are updated on relevant project details and timelines
  • Define and agree clear marketing and sales metrics for the launch
  • Develop clear project plans
  • Management of product portfolio
  • Monitor product performance and create monthly reports, and monitor sales against agreed targets
  • Create, monitor and analysis our market share data and create monthly reports to present conclusions in an organized and impactful way.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
