  • Experience of working within a high activity volume shared service setting.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience of working within the public sector or NHS.
  • Experience of working as a member of a team.
  • Experience of managing a varied workload, often under pressure.
  • Demonstrably excellent customer service skills.
  • Evidenced good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative to anticipate and solve workrelated problems.

Desirable criteria:


  • Knowledge of employment procedures and legislation.
  • Evidence of line managing teams and planning day to day workload for direct reports.
