ULIS - Senior Plant & Transport Coordinator:
Job description

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Will liaise directly with the Plant & Transport Manager and take over his duties when required.

Will be involved in pricing tenders as and when required.

Responsible for the day to day running of the Plant & Transport department alongside the Plant & Transport Manager.

Responsible for ensuring any vehicles in scope would are maintained including PMI's, MOT's servicing and routine maintenance.

Will be able to investigate and resolve any invoice queries that may arise liaising with the Accounts department.

Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Minimum 3 years experience in the Plant Hire or Construction Industry required.

Must be flexible and highly motivated.

Experience of Insphire and/or E-Vision software preferred but not essential.
