We are looking to recruit a full-time enthusiastic and dynamic Outcome Administrator to Join our excellent performance staff who provide administrative support to The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service at York House in Newham.


Newham CAMHS is a large clinic spread across 2 sites, where doctors, nurses and therapists work with children, young people and their families/carers.


The post holder will be part of the CAMHS administrative team will also provide cover for the administrative team where appropriate.


The post would suit an individual with excellent organisational, communication and secretarial skills, together with excellent planning, and time management skills who would like to work as part of our administrative and performance team.

The post holder will need to be a good team player and be able to work well under pressure and on own initiative.


Experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and in particular Excel, and have a typing speed of 45wpm minimum is essential.

Clinical system knowledge of Rio would be desirable for this post


The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure that all experiencequestionnairesand outcome measures are completed by clients and clinicians and recorded onto the relevant IT system to.

The administrator will work across CAMHS teams in the borough and will assist the CAMHS Performance Team and Performance Coordinator to ensure the smooth functioning of all data collection, entry and reporting relating to the implementation of outcome measures.
