My client is a land, planning, and development specialist with extensive knowledge of property planning and development, my client The team work with architects and urban designers to maximise usage of developments as they source and promote residentialand mixed-use projects around the South, North East, and Midlands.

Requirements:_
Relevant degree qualification
Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a successful track record working within land acquisition
Ability to engage with landowners and managing purchase processes
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Full driving license
