Description

We are recruiting experienced carers for long shifts (day or night) and domiciliary care, to work with children and young adults with complex health needs.

- Desired experience and qualities:

Experience of providing personal care and ideally specialist knowledge such as peg feeding, ventilation, epilepsy.
An ability to work with clients in an empathetic and positive way.
Resilience whilst working with families.
An ability to create positive relationships with children, whilst always maintaining a professional approach.
An understanding of medication
Good communication skills and good command of spoken and written English
NVQ qualification is desirable but not essential as paid training provided.
UK driving licence and access to a car
DBS and references check.
Benefits:
