We are recruiting experienced carers for long shifts (day or night) and domiciliary care, to work with children and young adults with complex health needs.

- Desired experience and qualities:

  • Experience of providing personal care and ideally specialist knowledge such as peg feeding, ventilation, epilepsy.
  • An ability to work with clients in an empathetic and positive way.
  • Resilience whilst working with families.
  • An ability to create positive relationships with children, whilst always maintaining a professional approach.
  • An understanding of medication
  • Good communication skills and good command of spoken and written English
  • NVQ qualification is desirable but not essential as paid training provided.
  • UK driving licence and access to a car
  • DBS and references check.
  • Benefits:


  • £12 per hour

  • Monday to Friday between 08:00am to 20:00pm
  • £12.50 per hour
  • Monday to Friday evenings after 20:00pm
  • £13 per hour Weekends
  • Paid training and travel time.
  • Mileage paid at 40p per mile.
