Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, assisting customers, managing sales data, and helping to drive sales growth. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about products or services and answer customer inquiries.
Help customers with product selection, offer recommendations, and provide pricing details.
Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately.

Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Follow up with leads and potential customers to schedule appointments or demonstrations.
Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on customer interactions and inquiries.

Customer Feedback:
Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.
Report customer complaints or issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Sales Reporting:
Prepare sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries.
Assist in tracking sales trends and providing insights to the sales team.
Maintain and update sales-related documents and records.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a teamoriented environment and adapt to a fastpaced work environment.

Salary:
£237.38-£650.00 per week

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
