You will be leading a team of maintenance technicians working across a three-shift system, to provide support to the manufacturing functions.

An international family-owned company, providing customers with energy-saving and easy to operate solutions for heating, cooling and hot water.

In its core business of heating technologies the company is the second-largest European manufacturer in this sectorand is also active in ventilation and air-conditioning technology markets.


Description

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Day to Day supervision to support continuous manufacturing processes.
  • Contractor control and supervision.
  • Monitoring agility CMMS orders and PPM requirements to maintain departmental KPI's
  • Corrective actions from internal / external audit reports and service reports.
  • Inventory control and monitoring of goods received.
  • Identification and generation of relevant TPM / PPM.
  • Data collection and analysis of failure modes, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Core team support and implementation of track improvements
  • Maintenance of agility equipment list for new production lines

Profile

Requirements:


  • Qualified in a relevant Electrical / Mechanical maintenance discipline and relevant experience.
  • Experience of working within continuous manufacturing / production environments.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems.
  • Possess a practical approach to problem solving incorporating robust countermeasures
  • Ability to work effectively and communicate with crossfunctional teams plus a key team player is essential to this role, you will need to have good interpersonal skills and be a proactive engineer able to work and communicate with all levels of an organisation.
