Senior Technical Program Manger / Conductor
OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the delivery of Infrastructure Engineering work, coordinating activities directly with the Engineers.
- Collaborate closely with the TPM's and Technology Leads to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is refined and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and help to remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Report progress to Stakeholders, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems.
- Encourage a culture of selforganization and ownership within the team, empowering them to make decisions and take responsibility for their work.
- Foster a collaborative and open environment, enabling effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES
- At least 2 year's experience in a similar role.
- Efficient in agile work management tools such as JIRA.
- Prior Project management experience working with waterfall and agile teams.
- General interest and passion for agile and learning agile practices.
- Familiarity with Kanban, Agile, or Scrum processes.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes
- Highenergy, detailoriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills.
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Scrum certifications would be preferred
- Prince 2 certifications would be preferred
- Degree level qualification would be preferred
