OVERVIEW

This Senior Technical Program Manager / Conductor will be part of our Systems Platform Engineering, Mastercard One team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the delivery of Infrastructure Engineering work, coordinating activities directly with the Engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with the TPM's and Technology Leads to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is refined and ready for upcoming sprints.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify and help to remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Report progress to Stakeholders, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems.
  • Encourage a culture of selforganization and ownership within the team, empowering them to make decisions and take responsibility for their work.
  • Foster a collaborative and open environment, enabling effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES

  • At least 2 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Efficient in agile work management tools such as JIRA.
  • Prior Project management experience working with waterfall and agile teams.
  • General interest and passion for agile and learning agile practices.
  • Familiarity with Kanban, Agile, or Scrum processes.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes
  • Highenergy, detailoriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Scrum certifications would be preferred
  • Prince 2 certifications would be preferred
  • Degree level qualification would be preferred
