OVERVIEW

This Senior Technical Program Manager / Conductor will be part of our Systems Platform Engineering, Mastercard One team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the delivery of Infrastructure Engineering work, coordinating activities directly with the Engineers.
Collaborate closely with the TPM's and Technology Leads to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is refined and ready for upcoming sprints.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and help to remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary.
Report progress to Stakeholders, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems.
Encourage a culture of selforganization and ownership within the team, empowering them to make decisions and take responsibility for their work.
Foster a collaborative and open environment, enabling effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES

At least 2 year's experience in a similar role.
Efficient in agile work management tools such as JIRA.
Prior Project management experience working with waterfall and agile teams.
General interest and passion for agile and learning agile practices.
Familiarity with Kanban, Agile, or Scrum processes.
Familiarity with ITSM processes
Highenergy, detailoriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills.
Excellent problemsolving skills
Scrum certifications would be preferred
Prince 2 certifications would be preferred
Degree level qualification would be preferred
