Lead Generation/Business Development Executive (Junior) | Up to £30,000 (Dependent on experience)


Lynx Recruitment are currently working with a leading Communications company based in Shropshire, and they have a few exciting opportunities for a Lead Generation/Business Development Executive to join the team.


The main responsibility of the Lead Generation/Business Development Executive will be to work off the client's internal database and Salesforce platforms, and you will be required to make outbound calls to business customers to discuss market leading solutionsfor customers while booking in appointments for their Field Sales Teams to attend.


You will be responsible for the following as a Lead Generation/Business Development Executive:

  • Experience with B2B appointment setting is necessary
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly targets by working individually and also within a sales team
  • Excellent communication skills, and must be confident making outbound calls
  • Computer literate and must be able to pickup inhouse systems and CRM's
  • Excellent organisation skills and experience with diary management is a must
