Hybrid working - Office/Home/Site
To assist the Highway Service Manager to manage the Council's NEC4 Term Services Contract.

This will involve looking at contract issues including reviewing and issuing task orders under pricing options A, C or E, assessing Star Rates and managing Early Warningsand Compensation Events.

Experience would be in a Highways Maintenance environment, but a QS background/experience would also be desirable. Some line management of other staff in the team will be required.
Ideally a minimum of 15 years experience in this role.
