Salary - £22350
Location - Home based with some travel to Stockport.

Nacro currently has an exciting key worker opportunity in a new pilot service commissioned by The Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
This position is within The Prevention Alliance which is made up of the following five or organisations who work together to deliver early help and prevention in Stockport: Age UK Stockport, Jigsaw Support, Nacro, Stockport Homes and Talk Listen Change (TLC).
Our combined mission is to create change together through the strengths of the people we work with and our communities.
You will be directly employed by Nacro and will work in in partnership with local Probation services to provide/facilitate access to a range of services and intervention for this client group.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To provide resettlement and welfare support to offenders and ex-offenders, both in custody and in the community with the aim of supporting them to overcome barriers to their personal wellbeing and successfully reintegrate into society.
- This includes the delivery of strength based, person centred support to enable people to find their own solutions and make positive changes to their lives. The role will facilitate support and coordinate access to information, other resources, groups, and services that will provide people with a quality experience throughout their contact with the Prevention Alliance service.
A DBS & BPSS check will be required for this role
