About Our Client:

We are working with an established business based in Manchester, know well in the Utilities market.

Assisting to a wide range of Clients in a fast moving market, they are looking for someone for their Service Coordinator role to provide exceptional levels of customer service.


Key responsibilities for the Service Coordinator are:

  • Responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing clients
- organising engineers diaries, sending jobs to their planners, allocating nearest to what is required

  • Generate & provide weekly KPI reports
  • Adding clients on to the portal wherever possible
  • Chase and process quotes
  • Escalating queries where necessary to the relevant staff members
  • Handling all aspects of customer requests including complaints in a timely and professional manner

The Successful Applicant:


  • Great attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Preferably experience working as or similar role
