More about the Flight Test Team you will be joining


You will be one of 3 test pilots, including the CTP, executing the VA-1X prototype and VX-4 production aircraft flight test plan.


You can expect to perform both in-cockpit and a small amount of remote-pilot flight test, along with typical simulator evaluations, support pilot, and chase pilot duties.


In addition, your role will include significant activity in support of certification planning and other activities with aviation regulatory authorities, particularly the CAA.


Finally, the role includes the usual test pilot responsibilities within the development of the VX-4 flight deck, particularly in partnership with our flight deck partner, Honeywell.


Qualifications Required:


Graduate of a SETP recognized test pilot school long course, and at least 10 years experience as a test pilot, including civil certification activities.

Commercial pilot or above licence, with instrument, and Cat 1 Flight Test Rating

Desirable:
Remote flight test experience, chase experience, Flight Test Instructor rating.

Our typical full time working week is 37.5 hours.
