Support Worker, Polbeth - £10.90 per hour
Full Time, Part Time and Relief Positions available.

  • Please note applicants for full time and part time positions must be drivers who have held a valid UK driving licence for 2 years due to service requirements._


Are you ready for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to come and join our team and help support adults of all ages who have a range of disabilities in our day service in An Carina, Polbeth.

This position is to provide a comfortable, safe and stimulating environment for the people we support.

We support in a person centred approach, we strive to provide meaningful activities, gain life skills and increase community presence.


This role is extremely rewarding with a great staff team currently in place who have a passion for the people they support.

There's no better feeling than seeing a person we support overcome or achieve something they once saw as a challenge


It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of working with adults with challenging behaviour, although this is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working 1:1 with individuals, you will provide support with; medication administration, personal care, household tasks, leisure pursuits, social inclusion, and emotional support.

Staff also have access to the service mini bus that can be used for day trips or community activities.

No experience necessary, you will be given full training with the opportunity to gain a relevant professional qualification and job progression opportunities.
