Human Resources Advisor

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative workplace by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting effective communication.

Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a supportive and compliant work environment.

Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team.

Performance Management: Support managers in performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and implementing improvement plans when necessary.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with relevant legislation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Not essential
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role. Desirable
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and solutionsoriented mindset.
