There is an immediate opportunity to join the team at Andover Trailers as a Warranty/Spares Coordinator.


Role Requirements
To be a success in this role, you will have

  • At least 3 years' experience in aftersales customer support and selling spare parts
  • Essentially you have an understanding of automotive manufacture, and component parts or a strong mechanical background
  • A strong customer focus with internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills be able to negotiate and influence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Explore and drive forward new opportunities to develop Sales revenue and increase the efficiency of the after sales operation
  • Ensure procedures are followed correctly to ensure prompt recovery of monies due
  • Provide feedback on quality and product improvements to design and manufacturing
  • Work with the management team to develop understanding and implementation of customer focused environment, setting clear objectives/targets
  • Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution
  • Ensure safe working processes are followed and company H&S policies are complied with.
  • Schedule and plan work with focus on material availability
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015
