    Job introduction:Coordinating and delivering whole family support for families facing multiple disadvantage, identified as Tier 3 of the Brighton and Hove Threshold Document; to enable them to achieve positive outcomes including against the Supporting Families Programme ten outcome areas.
To provide long term whole-family support and deliver interventions to families with complex needs.

About the role:

Brighton and Hove City Council has recently reviewed it's Early Help services across the city. From April 2023 integrated multi-agency teams based in Family Hubs will provide a range of support to families and children aged with SEND) including delivering whole family support for families facing multiple-disadvantage.

Our Family Hubs Keyworkers will be an integral part of this team - working with families below the social work threshold enabling them to achieve positive outcomes.


Additional information:

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
