GM Service Engineering Ltd is an engineering business in Biddenden. We support the butchery, hospitality, medical, packaging & processing industries across the country.


Responsibilities:


  • Taking details from customers for equipment breakdown and servicing requests and logging onto our system.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Conduct data entry tasks, such as inputting customer information or updating inventory records.
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Skills:


  • Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to use office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Ability to perform general administrative duties such as typing and filing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong administrative skills.

£23,400.00-£25,200.00 per year
