Our plant OSI Food Solutions UK Ltd in Scunthorpe is looking for the
Supply Chain Coordinator (Stock Control Coordinator)

Shifts available:
Monday -Friday 9:30-18:00


Salary:
£12.52


Job Purpose

  • To ensure the Dock functions proficiently and professionally. All vehicles must be loaded and unloaded in accordance with company specifications

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Dock function ensuring raw materials usage is measured and controlled, including batch usage, costs and stock reconciliation.
  • Manage Nitrogen supply, usage and costs. Checking deliveries.
  • Produce production recaps including dry goods areas.
  • Liaise with hauliers and cold storage when necessary, maintaining stock volumes, rotation and deliveries at all times.
  • Produce daily carry over figures.
  • Ensure pallet records are correct.
  • Provide administration support to Intake/Despatch Manager, Planning Materials Manager Operational functions and Purchasing as necessary.
  • Generation of Despatch plan.
  • Maintenance of all tracking information systems (Navision & Recap etc.)
  • Management of the supply chain ensuring timely delivery, despatch and quality of all goods so as not to compromise production or customer.
  • Provide sevenday cover whilst ensuring cost effective use of labour.
  • Maintain clean as you go policy in all areas of responsibility ensuring hygiene and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Drive standards of plant hygiene & Housekeeping in team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Able to work to deadlines
