Streamline Search are currently working with an established Transport company based in Folkestone, Kent. They are currently recruiting for a skilled and driven Transport Manager to join their team.


(Transport Manager) - Position Overview
This role will have key responsibilities to the day-to-day operations of the organisation and the delivery of it services. As the Transport Manager they will be responsible for companies' fleet of around 30 vehicles.

Moreover, they will lead a small teamin the transport office, ensuring that KPI's are achieved daily, co-ordinating with drivers and workshop to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of services.


(Transport Manager) - Position Requirements

  • Proven transport planning experience.
  • Experience leading/managing a transport team.
  • Knowledge of legislation and compliance within the transport industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with and communication skills.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Folkestone, Kent.
  • Demonstratable geographical knowledge of UK and its roads.


  • CPC holder

  • Desirable but not essential.

(Transport Manager) - Position Remuneration

  • Salary £30,000 £35,000 (Dependant on experience).
  • Excellent and friendly working environment.
  • Exceptional training and proven staff retention.


  • Monday

  • Friday 08:00 18:00 with occasional weekend working (oncall basis).
  • Workplace pension scheme.
  • 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Onsite parking.
