We are currently recruiting for a SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher who has experience with students who have a wide range of disabilities, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges.

You may be required to workin special education classrooms or in mainstream classrooms with support from additional staff.

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering lessons that are tailored to the needs of individual students with special educational needs

Collaborating with other teachers, parents, and outside agencies to provide support for students with special educational needs
Keeping accurate records of students' progress and development
Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Qualifications:

Must hold a QTS or QTLS
Experience working with students with special educational needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to find solutions for individual students
A commitment to continuing professional development
