Skipton - Due to location you will need to have access to a car
Salary:
up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours:8.30am to 5pm
- Office Based

Based on the outskirts of Skipton (complete with its own wandering peacock family) our client is looking for someone who can jump in and get involved with this bubbly and down to earth team.
So, if you are available immediately and looking for a new challenge which will be varied and busy this will be for you
Duties:
- Liaise with and coordinate internal and thirdparty clients
- Make sure projects are executed on time, within budget and meets the client expectations
- Advance project and objectives whilst ensuring technical achievability
- Create and manage detailed project plans in Jira to keep on top of progress
- Project manage client expectations, budget and schedule
- Maintain good client relationships and key stakeholders throughout the project and after the delivery of the project
- Review and update clients regarding any company product upgrades
- Actively engage with potential new clients to promote company evolving products
- Create contracts, costings and invoicing to ensure team and clients adhere to policies and procedures
- Generate reports and keep accurate project and data documentation
- Work towards SLA's
- Take responsibility for improvement and measurement of client satisfaction and growth
- Positively represent the company
Experience:
- Experience within project management
- Confident working with senior stakeholders at board level
- Able to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Computer literate
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem solver and highly meticulous
- Previous Talent Management software knowledge would be advantageous
