Layton Primary School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Level 4 Teaching Assistant from January 2023 to work with our Foundation Stage pupils.

The post is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days; please be aware that the salary advertised is pro-rata.

If you want to make a real difference to children's experiences, are dynamic and proactive, are willing to share ideas and can work as part of a dedicated team, we would love to hear from you.

The successful applicant will need to have:

A willingness to work towards professional standards for Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or have acquired a qualification

- proven skills in Literacy and Numeracy
- a love of working with Foundation Stage children
- at least 3 years' experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage
