My client an award-winning people management software company that is growing each year, with newly opened offices in Canada, New Zealand and Australia are looking for an experienced and well-rounded SEO Manager

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Manage the planning, traffic building, and reporting of multiple websites/domains accounts across UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify highvalue opportunities
  • Optimise website structure and content to improve search engine visibility
  • Run competitor analysis, and keyword gap analysis
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including content and web developers, to ensure SEO best practices are being implemented
  • Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, offsite, and other factors to improve SERP positions for target keywords.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on SEO performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work with the Paid Media Manager and Head of Performance to reach channel search growth targets and strategy alignment.

What you bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of experience managing SEO
  • Strong working knowledge of website analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, SERanking, Screaming Frog)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including website structure, crawling and indexing and onpage optimisation
  • Able to propose longterm strategies and create longterm testing plans related to organic growth
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • CMS experience
  • Experience of managing content across multiple territories and using hreflang accordingly
  • The enthusiasm to keep abreast of industry changes. Possess the ability to adapt to new developments that may impact SEO management and best practice.
