Commercial Assistant

This role will be to support the Commercial Manager in the day to day tasks that will free up the Commercial Manager to focus on projects within Distribution and Delivery. Be the point of contact in the absence of the Commercial Manager and ensure processes are carried out and followed through correctly.
Primary Responsibilities
Providing an efficient support function in the areas below

Human Resources Admin
- Managing and Updating HR system
- Managing Absence & Sickness reporting
- Assisting with onboarding
- Assisting with Employee Engagement
- Progressing Actions/Updates where necessary
- Managing and updating H&S system
- Progressing Actions/Updates where necessary
- Collating information
- Producing Reports
- Fact Finding
- Identifying areas of concern/gaps
- Day To Day 'office' Admin tasks
- Scheduling Meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Electronic Filing/Maintenance
- Deputising in the absence of the Commercial Manager
- Ensuring processes are followed throughout the team
- Data Entry

Salary:
£20K up to £25K dependant on experience

Remote Working (Ashby,Swadlincote/Burton Area)

Full Time Hours
Holidays 23 Days + Bank holidays
