**Opportunity
*We are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer, who will support and/or be responsible to ensure delivery of part of the HPC Project transverse design and engineering activities for the life cycle of the contract in accordance with the overall Project schedule. You will ensure planning, delivery and performance is in accordance with all safety, quality, time and cost parameters to meet the needs of the Project.


As the Project Support Officer, you will be providing a reliable support service to the Technical Lead Team, Technical Project Managers and key stake holders.

This involves a combination of project coordination, data analysis, financial analysis, reporting and process improvement activities within the PMO.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide a suite of exec reporting to the senior lead team and Genco Board members.
  • Act as a super user for reporting (Power BI) and document management (Teamcenter and Asite) systems.
  • Maintain annual Task Order records and coordinate the smooth efficiency of the Task Order process.
  • Manage the shared PMO mailbox and calendar, actioning and directing queries efficiently.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, commercial status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and alignment among contract and project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and coordinating the involvement of multiple stakeholders, including programmes, Engineering, RD and technical teams
  • Provide and maintain the Engineering Directorate SharePoint pages with relevant communications and useful information.
  • Provide a professional, accurate and reliable support service to the Technical Lead Team when required.
  • Prepare adhoc reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Experience working in a fastpaced project environment.
  • Able to switch priorities swiftly and in a composed manner and comfortable navigating competing priorities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvements to procedures, processes and/or systems.
  • Good understanding of analysis tools and methods. to extract and compile relevant data according to the task in hand.
  • Skilled in use of MS Office suite and Power BI Reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records (systems, databases, spreadsheets).
  • Strong organisational, communication and influencing skills. To be able to articulate to stakeholders, at various levels.
  • General administrative and business support experience.
  • Be selfmotivated, enthusiastic, and work on own initiative with good problemsolving skills.
