The role and what we're looking for
You will work with the SENDCo and support them in the day-to-day running of the SEND provision.
Your work will complement the strategy for supporting every one of our young people with special education needs to reach their potential.
You will develop and lead high-impact interventions for numeracy and literacy, liaising with teaching staff to embed these in a programme of integrated learning within mainstream education throughout the school.
The role has line management responsibilities for a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants who continue to develop their specific focus areas.
You will be working with a great team of staff who believe all students deserve our full support to achieve their very best, so we are looking for someone like-minded.

We are an over-subscribed academy dedicated to celebrating success through world-class aspiration and a love of learning.
Our focus is on our students, staff's well-being and working with parents to ensure the wider community is engaged with our school, supporting our leaders, and playing an active role in community transformation through academy-led projects.
Being part of the Oasis Community Learning Trust, we work to collaborate sharing of best practices with our regional schools, Regional Director, and the wider Oasis family.
