Job Description:

This is a hybrid role, based from our LGC Assure site in Fordham, UK.

What You'll Do:

Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across both Corporate and Technical (Life Sciences) functions, advising on hiring strategy and processes.
Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them.
Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or Technology industry.
Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/xray search) and attracting talent in niche areas.
Sequential and datadriven mindset.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and timesensitive hiring challenges.
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
