We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Services Adviser to join the Student Recruitment Team on a permanent basis.

The postholder will work as an effective team member to present a welcoming and professional front line service to students, enquirers and visitors to the college.

The postholder will require experience of working in a customer service setting in an information and advice-giving role.

The postholder will play an important role in the recruitment, admission and enrolment of students to support the college's recruitment targets whilst also supporting with a number of curriculum related administration tasks.


This post is based at our Epping Campus but the postholder may be required to work at our other sites when needed.

Flexibility is essential within this role and regular evening work will be required.
